Miami Heat’s own Dwyane Wade and Udonis Haslem have partnered to open Miami’s first 800° Woodfired Kitchen in Aventura. The grand opening was on Sept. 20, 2018.
800° Woodfired Kitchen, a west coast based restaurant founded by Chef Anthony Carron, utilizes woodfired stone hearth pizza ovens and woodfired rotisseries to create prime rib and prime rib sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, lasagna and many more.

Haslem and Wade also both have dishes named after them. There’s the DWade’s Woodfired Burger piled high with pastrami, truffle cheese, heirloom tomato, roasted garlic aioli, and red-oak lettuce. You also can have a taste of the baked-not-fried UD’s Woodfired Wings, with Gorgonzola Dressing for dipping.
In addition to these delectable bites on the menu, the restaurant stocks a full bar with Florida-based craft beers like Miami’s Concrete Beach, Funky Buddha from Ft. Lauderdale, and Cigar City from Tampa, Fl. They don’t stop there. The bar includes specialty cocktails like Gator Juice, Buzzer Beater and 3 Rings.
This is Wade and Haslem’s first restaurant venture under their joint company, Forty-Three, the name deriving from combining their jersey numbers.
Located 2956 Aventura Boulevard, Suite C-3, Aventura, FL 33180, this 4,000 Sq. Ft venue is full table side service and can hold up to 125 patrons. The restaurant is open with full tableside service Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
