June 26, 2018Where to Eat on National Fried Chicken Day in Miami
July 5, 2018This casual, multi-vendor food hall is an escape from the busy bustle of luxury shoppers in Design District.
St. Roch Market in the Design District is one of two in the nation. The first location began in 1875 and still stands in New Orleans. Food vendors range from fresh squeezed juices to authentic Vietnamese street food.
A few noteworthy bites:
- ITAMAE - The Totoro sushi roll is ideal for spicy tuna lovers.
- Tran An - Pork and Shrimp spring rolls with peanut aauce are filled with crisp veggies and shiso leaf giving a hint of mint and citrus to amp up the fresh flavor.
- Dal Plin - Plin, a traditional pasta from Piedmont, is made by hand each day and stuffed with a variety of fillings. Pair it with a glass of sauvignon blanc from St. Roch’s central bar, The Mayhaw.
St. Roch Market Miami is nestled on the second floor of Design District's Palm Court at 140 NE 39th Street, Miami, FL and is open Sunday - Thursday 8am - 10pm and Friday and Saturday 8am - 11pm.
