For some, it is that the soft, juiciness of the patty within; for others, the right bun and sauce seal the deal. One’s choice of toppings bring texture and depth, which lock all the goodness that makes the burger a go-to meal any time of the day.
From Cuban fritas to sweet and savory options, Miami has plenty of headliners. Here are the 14 options that are worthy of a try.

Le Chick
Le Chick's Royale with Cheese features a Dry-aged Brisket 3oz double patties, cheddar, chopped tomato, lettuce, house pickles, secret sauce. Choice of skin-on fries, spiced sweet potato fries or coleslaw. Their Royale with Cheese includes house-made rolls which complements their special sauce and cheddar cheese. The two patties are cooked with plenty of love. You willl most likely take one home for a late-night craving.
In addition Le Chick is debuting their Lounge. It's an upscale, yet inviting concrete oasis in the heart of Wynwood where guests will be able to enjoy craft cocktails and bottle service from 10 pm -3 am Thursday- Saturday, all under unforgettable beats from Miami's hottest DJs. Le Chick's Lounge is located right on the patio that is fully weatherproof with a retractable roof attached to our restaurant. Once their kitchen closes, guests can make their way to the Lounge to begin their night!

Chef's On the Run
Perhaps the most Miami-appropriate name, ¡Ño! burger is dubbed after the South Florida expression which could translate to "Damn!" This burger won The Burger Beast Best Burger People’s Choice Award at the 2017 Hamburger House Party Burger Beast.

Babe's Meat & Counter
In 2018 Babe's Meat & Counter opened their butcher shop in Palmetto Bay. They were able to expand their selection of meats, and now a tasty, tasty burger would find its way onto the permanent food/sandwich menu.
Their house-ground beef patty is topped with American cheese, house-made pickles, and Sriracha mayo on a toasted bun. This Summer Babe’s will begin Friday's @ Babe's, which is a weekly Friday night pop up focusing on burgers, hot dogs, craft beer, natural wine and other goodies.

Everyone and their mother have been raving about ‘THE’ burger from Root & Bone.
While photographs do the burger justice. It wasn’t until reading the ingredients and witnessing that pimento cheese dripping off the patty that sent my mind went into overdrive.
