October 20, 2021A pescatarian's paradise - Each year the South Beach Seafood Festival gathers the industries brightest to celebrate the illustrious chefs and restaurants of South Florida’s seafood scene.
This series of the SoBe Seafood festival marks the 8th rendition of the event. To mark the return of the beloved event organizers are planning something very tantalizing for guests unlike anything the Seafood Festival has done before. This week-long event exhibits the best of the best of South Florida’s leading chefs and culinary innovators. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the most savory seafood Miami to leadoff the the infamous, stone crab season.
Trumpeted in past years by USATODAY as one of its Top 5 Specialty Festivals in the country, by Forbes as the Top 5 Things to do this fall, and by the Travel Channel as the best seafood festival in the US; when you hit the beaches of Miami in October, the South Beach Seafood Festival 2021 promises to be the place to be. And here's the best part, all benefits go towards CI Foundation’s EAT SMART program, whose focus is on the fight against childhood hunger and childhood obesity by finding the perfect balance through health, wellness, nutrition, and exercise throughout Miami-Dade county.
Longing for a fun Miami weekend? Saturday’s beachfront event, the South Beach Seafood Festival, brought to you by Jack Daniel’s, presented by GOYA Foods, and hosted by City of Miami Beach, Pacifico, and City National Bank, spans five blocks and hosts over thousands of sea-foodies to relish in a curated culinary day of fun in the sun in true South Beach fashion.
The festival features pop up cafés from curated premium restaurants, hand-picked to show off 70+ different delectible eats from Florida’s freshest seafood in Miami. These seafood dishes are accompanied with an all-day open bar for everyone. To top off the festivities guests will bask in live music stages, DJ pop ups, and other interactive experiences!.

Pop into title sponsor, Jack Daniel’s pavilion (or choose another word here) and grab yourself a frozen Jack & Coke or hang out at the Pacifico Beach club where their DJs will have you up on your feet, having a great time all day long. Milam’s Markets also hosts a Culinary Showcase Kitchen on site that is always a happening place to be and offers guests an educational experience that also teaches you new ways to wine and dine from the comfort of your own homes.
VIP Guests will get to experience their own private 2 block village featuring the always popular GOYA Culinary Pavilion with beats all day by ROCKWELL Talent, live college football, bites from GOYA’s Executive Chef Fernando Desa, Papa’s Raw Bar, Chef Billy G. Bodega Taqueria will also be bringing the fun with their always popular taco lounge.

The Chef Showdown is the battle of all battles where 14 of the finest South Florida chefs show off the best seafood in Miami at 12th & Ocean Drive at the GOYA’s Culinary Pavilion. Paired head-to-head in seven different seafood battles, guests #CHOOSEYOURCHAMP as they sip, sample, and VOTE for their favorite in each battle. Throughout the night, battling chefs take the GOYA Culinary Pavilion kitchen stage to put on a show LIVE! DJ YISSEL spins and the MC makes it a show. A panel of judges, along with the guest vote, decide who takes the championship title for showcasing the best seafood in Miami.
