P.I.G. (Pork Is Good), now in its 8th year, is the brainchild of celebrity chef and organizer Chef Jeremiah of gastroPod. This boutique food festival has over the years become Miami's go to food event. This is your chance to mingle and munch amongst your local culinary community with all of your favorite South Florida chefs.
The event is a daylong celebration of all things Pork, craft beer, artisanal products and other mouth-watering dishes created by South Florida’s most exciting culinary talent. Expect over 20 local chefs and restaurants from all your favorites in town, a handful of National chefs invited from around the country, and heritage breed pork.
The concept of P.I.G. (Pork is Good) is to challenge chefs to make the most of a basic core ingredient – the whole pig. It’s also a celebration of how diverse and delicious pork can become in the hands of talented chefs who hail from the most extreme ends of the culinary spectrum, from food trucks to five-star hotels.
P.I.G. offers an all-inclusive food and cocktail experience with simple ticketing. The result is a simple, no-frills event where hundreds of attendees can enjoy the same great experience and level of access.
PG 8 will be held at The Little Haiti Cultural Complex. Tickets start at $50 per person and can be purchased at eventbrite.com
