Menu Highlights
The evening’s curated menu celebrates both signature dishes and seasonal innovations from Chef Cesar Zapata’s kitchen. Phuc Yea’s bold blend of Vietnamese and Latin influences will be served family-style, encouraging a shared dining experience designed to create unforgettable culinary moments.
The menu begins with three stunning courses:
- Seared Octopus – A show-stopper, served with curried chickpeas, agrodolce, and a lemongrass sâté finish.
- Tuna Crudo – Lightly seared yellowfin dressed with passionfruit, coconut, scallion oil, and a sprinkle of spiced crispies.
- Sweet & Sour Broccoli Bao – A playful DIY bao with pineapple-broccoli, pickles, herbage, and jalapeño, inviting diners to explore hands-on flavors.
Guests will also indulge in Phuc Yea’s famed Mamma T’s Imperial Rolls — crispy shrimp and pork rolls with a fresh lettuce wrap and signature sauce — and a refreshing Green Papaya Salad brimming with crispy shallots, dried seafood, and peanuts.
The final course will round out the evening’s menu:
- Curried Cornish Hen – A bold green curry dish featuring coconut, Thai basil, house-made chili crunch, and sweet white grapes.
