The sophisticated Edge Steak & Bar at the Four Seasons Miami played host to Digest Miami’s monthly Champagne & Caviar event. Guests sipped on fine champagne courtesy of Laurent Perrier while Chef Aaron Brooks prepared a special selection of hors d'oeuvres that incorporated a wide selection of caviar from Caviar and Caviar.
