Our top choices for this Miami Spice menu include the Salmon Two Ways appetizer. One part is served tartare-style and the other served as a crudo. The salmon is lightly drizzled with finger lime and yuzu and artfully garnished with hearts of palm. 

STK also offers a sample of their signature steak offerings. We recommend the ribeye served with roasted sweet peppers, charred scallions and roasted corn.
