Begin your evening with the Thinly Sliced Raw Tuna appetizer. Fresh tuna is drizzled with the perfect amount of lemon and EVOO. A hint of citrus and a touch of sweet fennel makes the fish pop with flavor. Served with a fresh heirloom tomato and cucumber salad, this aperitif is the ideal bite of the summer.

For your main course, go for the Pappardelle, a generous serving of al dente pasta with lamb ragu. He then tops the dish with pecorino shavings before garnishing it with a fresh basil leaf.
