Arlo Wynwood
Opening November 1, New York's Famous Arlo hotel opens with an onsite restaurant, cocktail-centric third-floor lounge and a rooftop deck under the guise of one of Miami's favorite chefs, Brad Kilgore and cocktail pros Gabe Orta and Elad Zvi of Bar Lab.

Sushi | Bar
Sushi | Bar comes to Miami Beach this October with omakase originating from California. This speakeasy restaurant is located at the ground level of the Esme hotel. Their 17-course full omakase offering is run by executive chef Ambrely Ouimette with reservations opening up at 1PM on the first day of every month for the following month.

Double Knot
Chef and restaurateur Michael Schulson brings sushi and izakaya from Philadelphia to the former Wynwood Kitchen & Bar space on NW Second Avenue. The menu will include sushi, sashimi, and robata items, plus a chef's tasting menu for $65. Double Knot's outpost will be opening in the winter of 2022.

Beauty and the Butcher
Top Chef Season 13 winner, Jeremy Ford, will be opening Beauty and The Butcher in South Miami. This will be his third restaurant in South Florida. The menu will feature seasonal small plates, creating an elevated dining experience.

Topping Miami's finest omakase comes Ogawa in Little River. Alvaro Perez Miranda, the art dealer behind much acclaimed Hayakawa and Wabi Sabi brings this intimate 12-seater restaurant wtih fish flown in from the Toyosu fish market in Japan.
