Verde, at the Pérez Art Museum Miami

Led by Executive Chef Hedy Goldsmith, the menu is locally inspired, featuring dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients and her signature pastries. Handcrafted specialty cocktails and a select list of carefully curated wines complement the creative cuisine. The bunch menu is filled with delicious options. We recommend the Smoked Salmon Benedict. with housemade latke, smoked salmon, poached egg. The succulent Chicken Under A Brick, a crispy boneless 1/2 chicken with herb smashed potatoes, baby kale, and chimichurri and the Blueberry Basil Pancakes, with lemon curd, blueberry basil compote are not to be missed. Sweet Beach at the Shelborne hotel
Sweet Beach, a tropical pop up at the Shelborne hotel - 1801 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 On April 4th from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m the Shelborne hotel, presents an Easter Sunday brunch. Treat yourself with $25 bottomless mimosas and eat a delicious $42 brunch in the oasis garden with a side of palm trees and sunshine. There will also be an Easter giveaway for kids to enjoy. Diya Sunset Harbour
Diya Sunset Harbour - 1766 Bay Rd, Miami Beach, FL 3313 It’s a Laurent Perrier Easter at Diya Sunset Harbour this year. Guests can enjoy Sunday brunch while indulging in Laurent Perrier Brut Cuvée ($40) by the bottle.
Guests can also indulge in a colorful array of flavorful vegetarian dishes such as the Tofu Scramble ($18) tofu “scrambled egg” with veggies and cheese; Palak Paneer ($18) stuffed with spinach and Indian cheese; and the Eggplant Burger ($18), which was featured in the 2020 South Beach Wine & Food Festival, and consists of crispy eggplant with housemade cheese, BBQ sauce, all served with masala spiced fries.
Diya’s carefully crafted cocktails are available during brunch including the Oxaca Sunrise ($15) and Diya’s Gin n Tonic ($19), a house favorite.
