Pink Boots Brew Release at J Wakefield Brewing
J. Wakefield Brewing, 120 NW 24th Street, Wynwood
A special brew is scheduled to release on International Women's Day as part of a collaboration with the Pink Boots Society. JWB Head Brewer, Maria Cabre, along with JWB staffers, Daniela Moran and Erin Morrissey created Showtime session IPA inspired by Jem and The Holograms, an animated TV series from the mid-80’s. This special release will be available on tap and in four packs of 16oz cans on Friday, March 8th.

Celebrate International Women's Day at Wynwood Art Walk - a special edition to spotlight women empowerment. RUN Wynwood will lead a 5k run starting at 11am. Kick off the day with this Wynwood-based running group established to give women platform to get fit. Plus, check out the Effen Vodka stage for a local Miami artist. This month, watch as Lola Blu takes over the Effen Vodka stage with her vibrant colors that'll have your imagination running wild. RSVP for a cocktail and check in for an Effen cocktail, on the house.

Concrete Beach Brewery is proving that #TheFutureisFemale with a night of women empowerment starting with a networking mixer at 6 PM and a women-cast panel at 7:30 PM. Plus, they are releasing She is Brutiful Brut IPA, brewed in honor of International Women's Day. The panel will consist of Melissa Carcache (actress and founder of We Are Millenial Women), Ambar Rodriguez (Investigative Producer for WSVN-TV), Rebecca Lago (Brand Sales Manager for Concrete Beach Brewery) and Grisell Rodriguez (Creator of Women Run Wynwood).
