Chef Mike Pirolo of Macchialina joins El Bagel's Matteson Koche for a special one-day pop up experience.

On Saturday, March 16th, the El Bagel truck will be stationed at Boxelder in Wynwood. Start your day with this creative duo who will debut a special Italian-themed offering, Pirolo's El Bagel Dip. An Italian-style roast beef is layered with caramelized onions and tangy homemade salsa verde on garlic bagel and served with a beef brodo for dipping.
