This past Tuesday, Klima Restaurant & Bar in Miami Beach played host to world renown culinary icons, the Roca Brothers. Joan, Josep & Jordi Roca are today’s top-ranked chefs and owners of the #1 restaurant in the world, El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Catalonia, Spain. Klima co-owner, Pablo Fernandez-Valdes, is a close friend of the brothers. He welcomed the trio along with other family members and friends before the group indulged in a specially crafted menu. Executive Chef David “Rusti” Rustarazo curated a menu combining local and seasonal ingredients with Mediterranean roots.

The Roca Brothers received a taste of Chef Rusti’s exquisite culinary talent. They enjoyed Tempura King Crab with a light mustard sauce. The shellfish is gorgeously presented in Klima’s signature style.
