Biltmore’s New Year’s Eve Gala: In honor of it’s 90th anniversary, the Biltmore hosts a Roaring Twenties style soiree to ring in 2017. At midnight, Fireworks will light up the sky while champagne flows and music plays throughout the historical Granada and Alhambra Ballrooms. Faena’s Night in Havana: Ring in the new year with the glamour of Havana’s golden age. Indulge in Faena’s NYE Dinner Package and choose a 4-course prix fixe menu at either Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann or Pao by Paul Qui. This oceanfront celebration includes access to lively entertainment at The Living Room, Faena’s Theatre and the Tree of Life featuring an open bar at each! Artisan Beach House: At Paula Da Silva’s newest restaurant, Artisan Beach House, get the over-the-top NYE dinner that you’d expect in a place like The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour. There are multiple packages available: a 3-course Early Dinner from 6 – 8 p.m., a 4-course Late Dinner from 8:30 p.m. – close, and the especially-luxe James Bond/Bollinger Package. Designed for parties of up to six, this last option includes a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Paula DaSilva on the hotel’s private terrace, open bar, the limited 007 Spectre Crystal Set and a 1.5L bottle of Bollinger R.D. 1988 Magnum. There are two seatings available, the first between 6 and 7 p.m. and the second between 9 and 10 p.m., each with different menu packages.
