Feature: Jugofresh North Miami Grand Opening
June 10, 2015Beaker & Gray Opening in Wynwood
September 1, 2015There is a new dining and entertainment destination on the block— the Lincoln Road block, to be exact. Just one week old, Tantalize Miami delivers a standout culinary experience, complete with unpredictable entertainment that will captivate the senses. This is not your mother’s lounge. Step into Tantalize and get ready for a multi-sensory adventure filled with friskiness and temptation. Tantalize brings the "dinner and a show" format of entertainment to Miami with beautiful cabaret performers entertaining you as you dine on decadent cuisine.
Dinner theater-style decor and shimmering chandeliers will mesmerize you as you catch a glimpse of the burlesque-style action in one of Tantalize's impressive oversized mirrors. Sweep through the deep red and gold hued lounge areas towards the “Crystal Chandelier Room," ideal for private affairs and beautifully embellished with mirrored walls and crystal accents.
Helming the kitchen is Executive Chef Horacio Rivadero, formerly of The District Miami. Rivadero brings his talents, passion and extensive Pan Latin, Spanish and Caribbean culinary proficiency to Tantalize. Dishes are carefully constructed to entice the palate with international influences.
Enjoy light appetizers, such as the Ceviche El Potente ($20), made with lobster, shrimp, clams, octopus, aji limo, red onions, cilantro and citrus passion fruit sauce.
Tantalize is the perfect spot to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with friends while indulging in savory shared appetizers like the Lamb Foie Gras Meatballs ($18) made with sherry Foie Gras sauce, pistachio chimichurri, mushroom chicharron and everything crouton.
Highlighting Chef Rivadero’s extensive background in Pan Latin cuisine, the Tacos de Pulpo ($15) in a malanga shell made with pomegranate BBQ octopus, pepper escabeche, iceberg and pickled fresno peppers tempt your eyes and your palate.
Indulge in Tantalize’s Creole Poulet Rouge ($26) made with smashed Colombian Creole potatoes, okra, charred scallions, huancaina and Creole pepper sauce.
Pastry Chef Veronica Manolizi offers irresistible desserts, such as the Flan de Chocolate ($10) with fennel, rasberry and “Morir Soñando” ice cream, a popular Dominican beverage made with orange juice, milk, cane sugar and chopped ice.
