TALDE at Thompson Miami Beach

Head to TALDE and get yourself “an awesome f&*%ing bowl of ramen at 2AM” or perhaps just enjoy some good Asian-American grub. Top Chef alum Dale Talde and his partners David Missoni and John Bush are officially opening the third TALDE location tonight. Located inside the Thompson Hotel in Miami Beach, don’t expect your typical South Beach venue. The space is old school Brooklyn meets secret Asian speakeasy.

Expect a a diverse menu with standout options such as Pretzel Pork and Chive Dumplings ($10), Crispy Oyster & Bacon Pad Thai ($20) and Lemongrass Pork Shoulder ($26). Creative cocktails complement the robust flavors of Talde’s cuisine with options including Green Lightning ($12) – house-infused green tea vodka, green tea, cucumber and lime.

The 160-seat dining room is open from 6PM daily for dinner. The bar and open-air lounge are open until 4AM with the bar menu available until 2AM.
