RA Sushi recently launched a seasonal menu to offer guests new and creative dishes! Excite your palate and beat those winter blues with a selection of mouthwatering appetizers, rolls, entrees and more. To complete the new offering, you can also expect additional cocktail and sake options.
Among our favorite of the new menu items are the Chili Garlic Shrimp ($12) - tender shrimp, lightly battered and toasted in a chili pepper ponzu sauce served on perfectly sautéed bok choy, topped with crisp garlic chips and fried ramen noodles. Match this with a freshly pureed Lychee Margarita ($9) for a sweet and refreshing contrast.
We heart the the Red Heart Roll ($11) - a flavor-packed combination of crab, avocado, cucumber and crispy tuna topped with spicy mayo and a row of Sriracha hearts. If you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, try a not-so-traditional Crunchy Yami Roll ($9) - sweet potato, avocado and cucumber, sprinkled with crispy sweet potato shreds and tempura spinach all served with a sweet, delectable eel sauce.
Miami may not have to endure the worst of winter weather, but a slight drop in temperature and a cool breeze is a perfect reason to cuddle next to someone and indulge in the Passion Punch Bowl ($18). Made for sharing, this tropical cocktail packs a punch (we couldn’t help ourselves) featuring Amaretto Disaronno, pineapple-infused vodka, aged rum, passion fruit, coconut water, and pineapple.
A few more decadent dishes are also available including the King Crab Salad($18) and Seared Ahi Tuna ($17). The king crab is tossed in a colorful bed of greens, avocado, cucumber and grape tomatoes and a generous serving of crab.
RA Sushi’s new menu is available through the end of April at both South Florida locations.
