Guests can order a minimum of four 10oz patties to-go for $26 until Thursday, July 2nd at 2PM. Upgrade your patty-package for $32 to include buns, topping and condiments (not including bacon, sorry!), including Midtown Oyster Bar’s homemade ketchup. Pick up your patties or burgers on the morning of July 4th between 10AM and 12PM.

The MOB Burger combines the perfect blend of Chef’s cut prime beef, including brisket, short rib and chuck mixed with a special seasoning. Chef combines paprika, brown sugar, cayenne, onion, garlic powder and lemon pepper for a hint of zest, making the MOB patty ideal to make your July 4th party unforgettable.
