Don’t miss out on this limited seating Culinary Experience at SPRUNG! Four of Miami’s favorite chefs show us which craft beers pair best with a variety of cuisines.
From Pilsners, IPAs, and even ciders too, there is a beer for everyone and every dish. Chef Jimmy Carey of Jimmy'z will pair his succulent Mojo Chicken with a variety of IPAs including Abita’s Wrought Iron IPA and Sam Adam’s Rebel Rouser. Make sure to stay awhile for Chef Jorge’s mouthwatering, Cider Braised Lechon from Barley. He has chosen a variety of Ciders including Sweetwater’s Blue - made with blueberry!
