For four delightful months, Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s Hakkasan offers guests the chance to indulge in four mouthwatering courses for $128 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Chef de Cuisine, Jian Heng Loo, has expertly crafted a family style menu with an array of decadent starters, a shared appetizer and a variety of shareable entrées along with a heavenly dessert. A complementary wine pairing, skillfully selected by head sommelier, Brian Grandison, is also available for a supplemental $68 per guest.
You’re going to love the tasty starter plates, including steamed vegetable dumplings with black truffle and mushroom; crispy lobster with green tea sauce; and steamed soup dumpling with sea urchin and salmon roe. Diners can feast upon succulent, traditional-roasted half Peking duck as a shareable appetizer. Shareable entrees include wok-baked tiger prawn with orange sauce; scrumptious baked Chilean sea bass with Chinese honey and champagne sauce; stir-fried Wagyu beef with black pepper sauce; and seafood fried rice with XO sauce. Tropical fruits and berries served over Chantilly cream will end your dinner on a satisfying sweet note.
Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 786-276-1388 or by clicking here. Special note: The $128 price is per guest, based on a two guest per table minimum, excluding beverages, tax and service charges. For more information, click here.
