The biggest porc feast of the year returns to host an epic lineup of events with Miami’s most celebrated chefs. Save those appetites for this weekend-long celebration of heritage bred pigs!
DAY 1 – ate-Night Asian Speakeasy
Friday, April 1st | 9PM – 12AM
On Friday, April 1st, this national tour begins its Miami edition with a multi-course Late Night Asian Speakeasy event. Chefs Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea, Diego Oka of La Mar, Aaron Brooks of EDGE, and Timon Balloo of Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill team up to curate this one-of-a-kind dining experience inspired by Chinese, Sichuan, Korean, Thai and Japanese cuisines.
DAY 2 – Dinner & Wine Tasting
Saturday, April 2nd | 7PM – 10PM
The feasting continues on Saturday at 1 Hotel’s Beachcraft. Chef Michael Fiorello, welcomes guests to this seated, wine-paired dinner. Interact with Miami’s top chefs while indulging in five paired courses. Arrive early and enjoy canapés prepared by each participating chef including Richard Hales of Blackbrick, Rick Mace of Cafe Boulud, Jose Mendin of Pubbelly and Brad Kilgore of Alter.
DAY 3 – Cochon 555 Main Festival Event

The weekend concludes with a grand feast to be held at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach where five local chefs will be challenged to create six dishes from a 200 pound heritage breed pig. That’s right – nose to tail! Competing in this ear’s “Prince of Porc” challenge are Alex Chang of Vagabond, Anthony Le Pape of Ritz-Carlton, Diego Oka of La Mar, Michael Fiorello of Beechcraft and Xavier Torres of Drunken Dragon.
Walk around this mega-tasting event and enjoy a bevy of other culinary demonstrations including a TarTare Bar curated by Chef Richard Hales. Find your way to the new Ramen Bar experience led by Chef Jose Mendin including a wines paired by Wined of Germany. Other samplings include the Pop-Up Pie Shop and oyster shucking.
An impressive bar program will also take place featuring Breckenridge Distillery among many other liquid libations.
