Alinea in Residence at Faena Miami Beach

Alinea, one of the world’s most renowned restaurants, makes their Miami debut for just two months. To be held on the veranda of the new Faena Hotel in Miami Beach, Alinea will take inspiration from Miami and Argentina to masterfully create an 18-course menu. Prices range from $275 to $385 per person with most reservations already sold out. Guests are also provided a choice of wine pairings ranging in price from $150 for a standard pairing to $495 for the “gold” level.

Founded in 2005 by Chef Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas, Alinea in Chicago has been praised for its innovative and modernist approach to cuisine and the overall dining experience. Alinea is one of only 12 restaurants in the U.S. to earn a 3-Star Michelin rating.
