Chef Norman Van Aken is planning an extraordinary five-course dinner to celebrate Three's first anniversary! Join us on Wednesday, November 7 for a special evening benefitting Best Buddies. Arrive early and indulge in a canape and cocktail reception prior to this wine paired evening where dishes are inspired by local chefs that have cooked with Chef Norman Van Aken throughout the years.

• COURSE ONE: Key West Pink Shrimp Moqueca with Vadouvan Farofa (Michelle Bernstein)
• COURSE TWO: “Noche Buena” – Terrine of Foie Gras, Guinea Hen, Smoked Pork Shank and Rum Soaked Pineapple, with Avocado and Fennel (Michael Beltran)
• COURSE THREE: Maitake Mushroom BBQ, Florida Rice Congee, Sour Garlic, Fried Brassicas, Burnt Onion Dashi (Phil Bryant)
• COURSE FOUR: Jamison Farm Lamb and Carrot Pibil, Sheep’s Milk Yogurt, Spiced Lamb Jus (Juan Garrido)
• COURSE FIVE: Nyangbo Cremeux, Devil’s Food Cake, Smoked Pecan Praline, Tonka Bean Ice Cream (Mame Sow)
