Saturday, September 30th will be your last chance to experience db Bistro Moderne when it will serve its last dinner service before transforming into a new Mediterranean concept. Set to open this December in downtown Miami, this second location of Boulud Sud will feature flavors reminiscent of the Mediterranean coast including influences from coastal Spain, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey and beyond.
After 7 years with the Daniel Boulud team, Executive Chef Clark Bowen will lead the kitchen and collaborate with Chef Boulud to develop the new menu. Local ingredients will be combined with authentic cooking methods to further elevating the anticipation of Boulud Sud's Miami arrival. A few featured dishes will include Arabic Lamb Flatbread, Taramasalata, Sicilian Grilled Swordfish and Moroccan Chicken Tagine.
