In an exciting one-night-only event, Hoh will bring her celebrated Wok Star Supper Club series to Belly Fish’s newest dine-in venue in Coral Gables, offering guests a first look at their contemporary dining space and chef-driven menu.
Hoh, a culinary force in Miami, has teamed up with Co-Founders Jonathan Perlman and Chef Rodrigo Bravo to curate an exclusive 4-course tasting menu that showcases the best of Belly Fish’s modern Japanese cuisine. For one night, food lovers will experience a thoughtfully crafted menu in a communal setting designed to encourage mingling with fellow gourmands. This is more than just a meal; it’s an interactive dining experience where guests will have the chance to engage with Chef Bravo as he introduces each dish and shares the inspiration behind them.
Chef Bravo brings a world of culinary expertise to Belly Fish, having honed his craft at some of the most renowned restaurants globally, including Gramercy Tavern and Nobu in New York City. He’s worked alongside legendary chefs like Joan Roca of El Celler de Can Roca, Gaggan Anand of Gaggan, and Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. With such a prestigious background, Bravo is set to dazzle diners with his artful blend of Japanese techniques and bold flavors.
