In June, the series kicked off with Chef Emeril Lagasse’s Seared Scallops, setting a high bar for culinary excellence. Throughout July, guests can delight in Chef Lorena Garcia’s vibrant Asado Negro Arepas. In August, the spotlight turns to none other than celebrity chef and TV personality, Aarón Sánchez.
Known for his dynamic approach to Latin flavors and his role as a judge on FOX’s MasterChef, Chef Aarón brings his passion for culinary arts to Burlock Coast with his featured dish, the Cobia Tiradito. This artful creation features thinly sliced cobia, fresh Creole tomatoes, crispy hominy, and a tantalizing tiradito sauce infused with yuzu juice and white soy sauce. Priced at $23, it promises a symphony of flavors that embody Chef Aarón’s unique style and expertise.
