In an ode to a beloved character, the establishment will be serving a cocktail named That’s All Folks, a mixture of Rutte Celery Gin, Carrot, Ginger, and Cilantro. Creator Ben Potts said, “The entire brunch menu is weekend morning activity themed (video games, TV shows, characters) and this one is an homage to Looney Tunes and Bugs Bunny. The flavorful concoction combines a touch of gin with some healthful ingredients including carrot juice, ginger, and cilantro.”

"Go ahead Romeo, stick your tongue out to that girl.” General manager David Borowik tells us that Stripsteak’s seasonal offerings “[…] draw their inspiration from blockbuster movies that have been filmed here at the historic Fontainebleau. “Go Ahead Romeo” is a quote from the movie Scarface during the pool scene filmed on property.” Aperol ice cubes are topped with prosecco to create a “fun twist on the classic northern Italian aperitif, the Aperol Spritz. The colorful ice cubes melt into the prosecco for an eye-catching and interactive experience.
