Kicking Off With Their Summer Solstice Soiree on June 18th

1 Hotel South Beach is kicking-off their new quarterly rooftop series events this summer with their on Saturday, June 18, 2022.  The hotel’s Rooftop Series events will  celebrate the  launch of each season with themed celebrations. 

On Saturday, June 18th, from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., guests are invited to celebrate Miami summer nights at 1 Rooftop. The rooftop will be transformed into a summer garden. Guests will enter and be immediately transported into a tropical oasis and greeted with a complimentary glass of  G.H. Mumm Champagne.  The party will feature a dedicated Champagne bar as well as additional bars offering a selection of the hotel’s signature summer specialty cocktails and a specially curated lite bites menu. Guests will enjoy beats by DJ Leo Supra and DJ Stefaina and interactive experiences with live dancers.

1 Rooftop is a floating oasis with unobstructed sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, 18 stories above the beach.  Open 9:00 AM to Sundown, the Rooftop pool offers cabanas for those 21+ at cloud level. The Rooftop is also home to Watr, a luxurious restaurant in the sky with menus created by Chef Richard Bernaola, Chef de Cuisine. Watr offers a harmonious balance between Peruvion and Japanese styles, creating dishes with bold colors, flavors and aromas.
