Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Cook a little piece to check for seasoning and adjust seasonings accordingly to your own taste. Form a meat mixture into a loaf pan and pack tightly.
Bake for ten minutes and glaze with meat loaf glaze, put meat loaf back in the oven and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes or until an internal temperature of 155 degrees. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
