1 Ingredients

  • 5 pieces of White Domestic Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 5 lemon slices, very thing
  • 4 pc garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp shallots, sliced thin
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp whole butter
  • 1 tbsp  lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • One 8inch slice of french bread, cut on the bias and toasted
  • 1 tbsp equal parts of chopped parsley and chives
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Canola oil

2 Preparation

Preheat the saute pan on medium heat and add 1 tbsp of canola oil. Season the shirmp with salt and pepper. When the oil starts to smoke slightly, add the shrimp and sear on both sids and add the wine and lemon juice, and llet reduce by half.
