Just over a month old, Pazzo is conveniently located just east of the bustling Brickell neighborhood and only minutes away from the heart of Coral Gables. Vibrant and colorful decor featuring spectacular framed artwork and stunning modern pieces encompass Pazzo and add a very familiar and welcoming touch to the venue.

Chef Fabrizio Romani has lead the culinary team at Pazzo Ristorante since 2001 from Piedmont, Italy to Caracas, Venezuela and now here in Miami. His devotion to the highest standards of fresh Italian products, locally grown produce, top quality seafood and hormone-free poultry and meat has set him apart. Chef Romani’s regional and seasonal recommendations create menus that will please even the most stubborn palate.

Get ready for an Italian lesson... The Cestina di Reggiano Fantasia con Rucola, Pera e Parmiggiano ($15) is a creative salad made up of arugula, fresh pears, gorgonzola cheese and almonds served in a parmigiano-reggiano cheese basket that melts in your mouth!

For raw-seafood lovers, enjoy the Carpaccio di Gamberoni con Emulsione di Cilantro e Avocado ($16). Thinly sliced Jumbo Prawns are lightly drizzled with olive oil, avocado and cilantro sauce for a delicious balance of fresh flavors. Molto bene!

What’s an Italian restaurant without a superb pasta selection? Try the Fettuccine Neri ai Gamberi e limone ($22), black squid fettuccine with shrimp and a hint of lemon. Perfectly al dente, this dish is a delicious option. 

Pazzo have out done themselves with their Gnocchi di Spinaci su Fonduta di Formaggio Tartufato ($19), spinach gnocchi with savory molten brie cheese and truffle sauce. Each bite is a delectable blend of creamy melted brie and subtle truffle notes.

Pazzo Ristorante offers a diverse assortment of desserts, ranging from custards to pies and let’s not forget the traditional Tiramisu Pazzo. Priced at just $9, these scrumptious bites of mascarpone cheese on finger biscuits and cocoa powder blended with fresh berries come together to form savory layers of enticing flavors.

Pazzo welcomes your for lunch Monday - Saturday from 12PM - 3PM. Dinner is served Monday - Wednesday 6PM - 10:30PM and Thursday - Saturday 6PM - 11PM. They are open on Sundays from 12PM - 5PM. Reservations and walk ins are welcome.
