Festive Feasts for NYE in Miami

Dine and dance your way into 2017! The New Year is just days away and of course, some of us still haven't decided where to celebrate. Could it be a champagne toast with Miami icons? A rooftop soiree overlooking the Brickell cityscape? Or perhaps a themed celebration circa 1950s. To help you choose, we narrowed down the options to our favorite feasts and festivities:
 

Pitbull’s VIP Food & Wine Party: Join two Miami legends on this New Year’s Eve right in the heart of Downtown Miami! Pitbull and Michelle Bernstein present a culinary experience featuring a bevy of extraordinary dishes, craft cocktails by Julio Cabrera and an epic music performance. Head EAST for NYE: Quinto La Huella at EAST, Miami invites you to indulge in a multi-course prix fixe dinner and champagne toast. Continue your late night festivities on the 40th floor at Sugar while overlooking Brickell’s cityscape. Expect a live DJ set by QUESTLOVE and Elle Dee. Biltmore’s New Year’s Eve Gala: In honor of it’s 90th anniversary, the Biltmore hosts a Roaring Twenties style soiree to ring in 2017. At midnight, Fireworks will light up the sky while champagne flows and music plays throughout the historical Granada and Alhambra Ballrooms. Cocktail and Dessert Party tickets available at $125 per person and can be purchased by calling 305-913-3246.

Faena’s Night in Havana: Ring in the new year with the glamour of Havana’s golden age. Indulge in Faena’s NYE Dinner Package and choose a 4-course prix fixe menu at either Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann or Pao by Paul Qui. This oceanfront celebration includes access to lively entertainment at The Living Room, Faena’s Theatre and the Tree of Life featuring an open bar at each! Whether you select an 8PM or 9PM seating, guests are welcome to to experience each space while keeping their table throughout the midnight festivities until 1AM.

Artisan Beach House: At Paula Da Silva’s newest restaurant, Artisan Beach House, get the over-the-top NYE dinner that you’d expect in a place like The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour. There are multiple packages available: a 3-course Early Dinner from 6 – 8 p.m., a 4-course Late Dinner from 8:30 p.m. – close, and the especially-luxe James Bond/Bollinger Package. Designed for parties of up to six, this last option includes a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Paula DaSilva on the hotel’s private terrace, open bar, the limited 007 Spectre Crystal Set and a 1.5L bottle of Bollinger R.D. 1988 Magnum. Only about 300 of these sets were made in the entire world, making your NYE celebration extra special. The Early Dinner is priced at $125 per person, the Late Dinner is priced at $250 per person and the James Bond/Bollinger Package is priced at $10,007 for the party.

The House of Five Star: Escape to Watson Island for a magical evening under the stars with Five Star New Year's Eve VIP Dinner Package. The Forge Restaurant and Wine Bar: Helmed by the famed Shareef Malnik, The Forge Restaurant and Wine Bar invites Miami’s finest to kick-off the new year. From 9pm - close, expect haute plates as well as unlimited Veuve Clicquot, party favors, a DJ and dancing. It’s Going to be EPIC: Celebrates NYE 2017 in style with unrivaled views of Downtown Miami at the Pool at EPIC. Priced at $100 per person, guests are invited to this Vegas Showgirl themed soiree including premium open bar. Pair this experience with a decadent 5-course dinner ($175 pp) showcasing Executive Chef Wolfgang Birk’s signature ocean fare and watch a spectacular fireworks display light up the sky.

Bazaar Mar by José Andrés at SLS Brickell: Ring in 2017 in style with an opulent dinner at Bazaar Mar at SLS Brickell. There are two seatings available, the first between 6 and 7 p.m. and the second between 9 and 10 p.m., each with different menu packages. Both seatings include a 10-course tasting menu with José Andrés’ Hokkaido Sea Urchin Cone, Oyster Ceviche, Maine Cold Lobster, Key Lime Pie “Our Way” and more, and the second includes on a champagne toast at midnight, party favors and discounted entry to the hotel’s SAAMS Lounge.
