The American Liver Foundation hosts Flavors of Miami at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, an interactive dinner featuring top South Florida chefs.
As the official media sponsor and members of the committee, Digest Miami has selected an impressive roster of South Florida Chefs to be featured at the first annual Flavors of Miami gala. Each chef will prepare a five-course dinner while guests watch, interact and indulge.
Over 20 years ago, James Beard Award-winning chef, Christopher Gross, pioneered the first Flavors event to support the mission of the ALF. This annual event is hosted in over 20 cities nationwide and has raised millions of dollars annually in support of the American Liver Foundation’s mission to promote education, support and research for the prevention, treatment and cure of liver disease.
The evening begins at 5:30PM with a cocktail reception featuring delicious passed bites by our talented chefs. Guests will then take their seats for dinner at 7:00PM and enjoy 5 decadent courses as they converse and interact with the featured chef. Along with a silent auction featuring generous donations by Miami restaurants, chefs and other amazing sponsors, each restaurant team is encouraged to decorate their tables for their chance to be awarded the winner of best table design.
